Cancellation and Refund Policy

In case the Allottee / Purchaser/s cancels the booking of the Unit / Apartment and or in the event of cancellation/termination of the Agreement in respect of the Unit agreed to be purchased by the Allottee, the Promoter shall forfeit the amount paid by the Allottee /s in terms of the Allotment Letter and or the Agreement (as the case may be) and the balance amount due and payable if any, shall be refunded to the Allottee/ Purchaser in terms thereof.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes between the parties shall be settled amicably. In case of failure to settle such dispute amicably, the same shall be referred to RERA.
