The Entrepreneurial Motivation Leadership workshop held by the HR Department for the Nyati Team at Khandala was designed to help participants identify and channel their deeper motivations in order to achieve their professional and personal goals. The dedicated trainers took a comprehensive approach to assisting the team in understanding the concept of a growth mindset. It was an engaging session that enabled the team to shift their perspective, allowing them to embrace challenges and turn them into opportunities.
